As Salam o Alaikum The Islamic Society of North East Ohio, abbreviated as ISNEO is primarily committed to the service of the muslim community in Canton, Ohio. The rudimentary objectives of this society are, To maintain a facility, which will be used as an Islamic center for purposes of Islamic worship, religious activities, educational/developmental activities and social events that do not violate the tenets of Quran and authentic Sunnah. To promote goodwill, tolerance, unity, friendship and understanding to strengthen the fraternal bonds among Muslims of Stark County and bordering counties. To disseminate information about Islam, its teachings, its history and its philosophy to Muslims and interested non-Muslims. To promote understanding and act as a channel of communication between Muslims and non-Muslims in the surrounding community.
